Being a mom is more complicated than you thought. It requires a whole new set of skills and abilities, many of which don't come "naturally." It's a common problem, but luckily, you don't have to do this alone.
Like anything else, feeling chill while nap-trapped is about doing the right things, the right ways, at the right times. You can't scroll your way through this (which is what most people do). Getting support from someone who has already done it and can show you the way is how you enjoy the rest of your maternity leave. I've been there and done that (hello, postpartum anxiety and OCD), and I'd love to show you the way.

The algorithm knows exactly what to show you, and you likely already have saved Instagram posts that help. I like to use social media to find answers to my parenting questions and doubts. (Anyone else following Dr. Becky? She's amazing!) The problem with social media is that things will stay the same unless you move from reading about it to practicing it. The wisdom and laughter you might get from social media is only a tiny portion of what's needed to create the life you want.
These courses offer a much more in-depth and comprehensive approach to dealing with the ups and downs of motherhood, providing busy moms with access to a therapist's brain, therapeutic art lessons and coping skills that work (when you use them), all in one place and in a budget-friendly way.
You can choose to enroll in a single course or become a member of The Motherload and gain access to all of them!
